Caermyn Mercenary Scripted Promotion

Berry Pickhem deals the bounties of Mistlocke, so it makes no sense for a Caermyn associate be promoted by working for an Aberdenn Armsman (since Pickhem is one).

I suggest some other requirement, as only gold donation for instance.

Some new mercenaries in the Clan now, and they're already working on promotions. It'll be very weird to see these guys working for Aberdenn as requirement to be promoted by Caermyn ...
