EFUSS points

I'd like to suggest adding some more efuss points to the pool With more and more skills added since the creation of this system, it seems harder and harder to utilize even a majority of the skills you might want from this system on high intelligent characters, let alone those with lesser ability scores.

And before it is seen in a reply, obviously the suggestion is not to simply allow everyone everything they want, only to bolster the points a little bit due to a few new additions to the system (and more to come likely!)
