Suggestion for everyone about wanted people notices

When you post bounties or any other notices where it is question of wanted pcs; if you can describe them, please do so in the notice! Don't merely mention their name, because characters have no way of knowing who they are unless they already met said wanted pc. Even if the pc has no character description, details such as hair colour, clothing, or weapons can be immensely useful.

Don't forget that if your character has never seen a bounty's face, skin, or hair, they will not know what they look like! So try for clothing color, general build, and speech patterns. Verbal or nervous ticks are great ways to spot a character if their physical description is unknown.

The awesome thing about this is, if the wanted PC is aware of their own bounty, they can adapt and change their appearance and probably pull it off if they have good enough bluff / CHA.
