Character Vault Issue

Bit of a weird issue here.  When I log on to efu my character vault is empty.  I can create a new character, but I still can't join and I can delete the character as if it were in a local vault.

I've tried a few other servers and I'm only having this problem on efu.  Any ideas?

Using the right account/password might be it, your set to lan, don't show local vault chars. A few guesses. Mostly shots in the dark!

I've tried all the obvious stuff and I think it's a connection problem.

I've noticed only recently that I time out pretty often trying to connect to efu.  When I do connect the vault is empty, I can't join with a new character and the server status says "idle, login disabled."

Yeah, this sounds like a connection issue.

Be sure to use correct upper and lower case when entering your screen name.
