Just going to put this out there. I've noticed since the transition from EFUA to EFUM there's about the same number of underwater areas albeit without any support for underwater breathing supplies.  So I thought perhaps give spell-casters with GSF: Transmutation the ability for their Ironguts spell to double the duration (or whatever seems balanced to the DM team) of the recipients underwater breathing threshold before he starts to drown.

Sounds like a fun add and not too op.

Gotham

Or give Conjurers a 'Conjure Bubbleberries' spell like priests have "bless water' that gives them 1 unit of bubbleberries on cast.

Though both these schools are pretty popular as is!

Lenthis

Perhaps would be a bubblehead spell, Gives a +4/6 to poison based on level, and gives double underwater breathing time.

Third Day Sepulchre

And/or shops could sell bubbleberries and such again.

Agreed. They're not supposed to be this rare, are they?

Disco

Agreed on making bubbleberries more common.

Big Orc Man

I like the general idea, but I'd propose a slight change.

Instead, Ironguts helps on the Fortitude Save vs. Drowning effect when your breath runs out!

Anything would be nice, BOM. And if Bubbleberries were to be added back into stores,it'd be nice if they weren't ridiculously marked up in price like they were in EFUA. (40 per isn't acceptable in my opinion, 10-15 would be more appropriate if it must be costly.)  Two-to-five like Sylvan Dryroot and Oil Flasks would be spot on really, though probably wouldn't account for the realism of how rare they are to find on the prime material plane.

Cerberus

Or perhaps adding something like the ring quest back IG, where a player could get bubbleberries for their stock. I actually liked that little quest btw.

Idk, we're talking about breathing underwater. I almost feel that these SHOULD be rare, if not expensive if they're just sitting in shops. There are other alternatives to this sort of thing, too.

Knight Of Pentacles

They don't allow you to "breathe underwater", they only increase your duration by a small amount whilst under water. Each berry has one use and gives a breath of air.
