Sounds like a concept idea there.

This is what I was thinking, concerning the idea of it not being OOCly publicised.

It allows people to create a concept dealing with it, whether or not they successfully learn anything or purposely alter the results to support say dry root business trends... its a wonderful and entirely in-character pursuit waiting to be realised. (P.S. Join the Academy of Transcendent Learning, if you decide to purse a concept like this! :))
