Character Token / Payment / XP

Seem to have an issue with my PC.
 

• Firstly he has two Character Tokens.
• He has continued to get caermyn pay having left (used the IG automated NPC dialogue - DM tried to assist IG). This has just stopped but...
• Having just been blood bonded in the Conclave my PC is not enjoying the IG benefits it brings, for example...
• NPC apprentice banker/trader says he has "No Account"

You likely need to be wand'd by a DM.  I thought the faction armor used to carry the script that enabled the bank account, but eventually I asked Talir and he fixed it. (Atleast, I think it was Talir).
