NWN1 Community Patch 1.70

I just installed this, and the only problem I've had with it so far is that it scrambled the names of all the Mistlocke custom spells. I replaced my old Mistlocke dialog.tlk file that came with the spells and it works fine now.

There are lots of improvements, check it out!
