Buggy Bounty

I along with one other PC killed one of the scripted Muster bounties "Lucius the Bad" and it didn't drop any item such as "Lucius the Bad's head" to hand over to the Muster as proof of his death. I know this has happened before as well so an existing bug i would presume. Hope this helps and is it possible to have the item DM spawned to my character?

In addition, people have said there is a way to take the bounty. I've been to the Muster NPC and to the boards with the bounty descriptions and there is no way to take the bounties as say a quest or something.

EDIT: Conversation with the actual NPC the bounty is on comes up with "Approach" "Turn Away" Only one of which results in the reply "Piss off" or something to that effect.

This is still a problem. As Gerion Mormain, GSID Call Me Ishmael, I tried talking to Pickhem, clicking on the bounty board, then talking to the bounty with no luck.

I would like to add that these NPC's are neutral and seem friendly towards everything. I saw one happily standing in a group of nightrisers. Just doesn't seem right.
