Arcane Mimic: Player Tools

These go poof and have to be reassigned every reset. A minor inconvenience, really, but maybe worth fixing once this recent landslide of bugs is over with?

This still happens. Notably however, after the recent crash today I logged in and found for the first time in at least a week,  my player tools weren't reset.
