Bat Familiar Bug?

Everytime my bat familiar took damage, it immediately healed one hit point of damage.

Or after I healed it, it immediately healed one more hp of damage. This healing does not appear in the combat log nor does the familiar have regenerative qualities.

It's very strange. :/

Huh, it might be Vampiric Regen, which is notoriously buggy.
