Rogue examine ability

On my level 5 pure rogue, the rogue examine ability wasn't listing any of the things they were supposed too despite his high spot and heal skill.  The only message it displayed listed the target's name but the details were not included.  

Character name is Grayson Wright on "DoctorOfLove" account. No longer an actively played character.
