Move quests OUT of town

So What If I Am A Goblin?

Perhaps a bit late, but, I 'd love to see a few well known quests, armoury, (Perhaps moved to the Springs where the Cursed Ground sign is?), Goblins in the Granary, (Perhaps an Aberdenn food reserve?) and perhaps having Muskroot's Apprentice be hidden in a hide out Muskroot has prepared in case of bad times in the Forgotten Forest Veil.

I don't know, but people need to begin leaving town instead of running the safe quests. :(

Speaking as a Monster! Not as a Mistlocker. Clumping quests together is generally promoting power gaming regardless. :)

Getting people to leave Mistlocke regularly is an excellent goal that would contribute to more PCs experiencing some of the great things to be found across the server.

Though that might be the murderbandit in me talking. :)

It's a good way to prolong questing and role play, I feel. It also gives more of a chance for bandits and the like to get their banditry on.

MirrorMask

I agree.  But it's still scary as crap out there.  if you're not a stealthy character or very powerful, venturing outside mistlocke almost guarentees death.

A Case Of Rapiers

Honestly, all this would do is have trains of people traveling to and from an extra quest or two. The PCs who truly travel about will continue to do so, the PCs who only leave town to quest will only be outside for brief periods when in transit. I don't see that there will be much difference in the end.

So What If I Am A Goblin?

It gives opportunities for exiles, marauders, bandits and more to show them whats up.

So yea, I am basically asking for quests to be moved away from NPC areas so Monster PCs and bandits alike can shine.

A Case Of Rapiers

The only reason the new monster PCs haven't been able to ambush people is because the server is slow, it's not because of the locations of these quests. Once player numbers pick up PCs will be out and about more. Though, honestly, just today I saw quite a few PCs out in the woods, so I feel the notion that PCs are huddling in town and only running a couple quests is a false perception.

Strongly agree. Just wait until Skyrim, BF3, CoDMW3 and DOTA2 are played out and the numbers will pick up.
