Crystal Outcropping Bug

New edition to Crystal Outcroppings is, AFAIK, meant to signify the presence of crystals.  However, I am finding that there are no crystals, even when there is an indication that there should be one.

In some cases, the indicator goes away after checking, in other cases the indicator remains.
