Caermyn Bank Accounts

First occuring in the last day or so it seems that Caermyn pc's are no longer able to open bank accounts with the quartermaster.  This has been noted by both my own PC Tiberius Kellian Maximus and Basil Calbrooke.  Instead of the dialogue options offering deposits/withdrawal/opening a new account, you simply get the response "You don't have an account here" to which you can response "oh".  This error also occurs with those pc's who already have an account as I had opened one and yet got the same response. I'm assuming this is a result of the recent update relating to wages etc.
