Asilo Qu'mori, Elf of Many Titles

I created Asilo for the most part to see the world of EfU:M. And I think I accomplished that goal. He made many friends and allies during his time on the server. He did not involve himself very heavily with politics, he made companions of many who were of different walks of life. He was a hunter, a guide, a Pathfinder, a self-proclaimed Seeker. And so many other things.

He did not discuss it often or openly, but he was an escaped slave. A prisoner of the Underdark, he was taken prisoner by the duergar in the deep darkness. After years of torture and servitude, he was sold to the surface at Old Port. As fate(or misfortune) would have it, the mythallar claimed him and brought him to Ymph from his chains, because of this he always feared that bounty hunters from Old Port would come searching for him someday in hopes of returning him to his chains. This set the tone for his stance against slavery, and that he would as soon cut his own throat than allow himself to be enslaved again. "Move unseen and live in silence" was a motto. And he followed it. He traveled frequently, watched many others as they traveled. Many discussed secrets with him present, without knowing he watched. He was a very fun character to play!

He was nothing special, he would never alter the server in a profound way, but he would be a character that I would grow to sympathize with and feel a strange sort of compassion toward.
   



- One of the first images I captured of Asilo, and it really set the mood for me. An elf beyond the safety of civilizations walls.



-This image is actually an accident, that I decided to roll with. A lag port caused me to appear in a particular location that Asilo dreaded. When he appeared there, he imagined it due to falling into a sinkhole..and he freaked out. It took him sometime of self-roleplay and sobbing, for him to get his nerves and make his way back to the sunlight he loved.









-This is an action screenshot I was able to get, and I just thought it was great. Thanks DMs for the pause!


-Yeah, I'd use Animal Empathy to promote mating in the wild...and watch. Shut up.

-And last but not least...fix the dyes! I tried to get away from the all black attire, only to have 'dark brown' and 'dark green' look like this!! I quickly went back to all black. :P

Nice work for a your PC here. My first character on EfU was an elf ranger as well, also made to learn the setting. Looking forward to your next.

I only had a few brief interactions with Asilo but I liked him. :)
