Basic potion vendor in Murdertown

Hi, I have been playing a character for a day now that is pretty much bound to Murdertown, and I have a suggestion for the DMs.  Basically, other settlements I've seen on Rodon and Elrendir seem to have potion vendors who sell healing and invisibility and other less than spectacular but very helpful potions at fairly high prices.  Murdertown could use somebody like that, I think.  I'm not sure if it would make sense, but a guy who buys useless junk for 5 coins or a similarly low price would be cool.

Murdertown's not a location designed for players to stay longterm, and we'd like to discourage splitting the playerbase up.
