How do some of you have scabbards and quivers?

Use chat commands.
/c setbackpack (command)
Where (command) is (without parentheses)
quiver
quivera (no arrows)
scabbard
scabbarda
scabbardb
greatsword
backpack
backpacka (with bedroll)

Check the chat commands section of the forums for a full list.  The commands I remember are /c setbackpack and then either scabbard, scabbardA, scabbardB, scabbard1, scabbard2, scabbardB1, scabbardA1, quiver, backpack, greatsword and none.
