This suggestion might be a bit brazen, given what I assume to be an awful lot of thought about the design of Mistlocke, but here goes...

Mistlocke has the appearance of a small town with a relatively limited population, but now that the Shrouding has lifted and the Mythallar is (more) active again, new people are coming in greater numbers. It would be difficult for any small town inn to absorb lots of new residents. My suggestion is to add a camp on the outskirts of town with some tents and maybe a cookfire - a place where the newcomers who can't find room at the inn are forced to stay.

A temporary camp to absorb the sudden influx would add a little bit of dynamism and signify the changes that are coming to this unsuspecting town.

Old Stones? Tower? think that is what it is called. Perfect place, and is filling up with refugees.  I encourage all to explore our town, it is actually quite large.

Yes, Old Stones Tower fulfulls that role. It's a slum filled with tents and raggy refugees.
