Second option for start location

How about putting one in the Kingsman or something, so that people can "start" a few weeks after adapting to the city.

A lot of people who are onto second or maybe third characters at this point are kind of glossing over the whole showing up thing. You get a lot of "oh well, so be its", to something I think would be much more serious. It kind of draws you out of immersion a bit.

If people really do want to RP the whole showing up scenario, they would still have that choice as well. And they'd likely be the ones who would do it better.
