Change the renting system

As the title says, the system to rent rooms and guild halls cannot usually be fixed or modified when a bug occurs or whatever else.At the moment it seems as if -

- Rent cannot be expired, extended, or changed in any way by a DM or even the renter of the place sometimes.
- Keys cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen
- Rent bugs out if someone has a guild hall and a room, which was stated they shouldn't do somewhere but it can still happen.

While we're speaking on this issue I honestly think there should be a cap on what can be rented day wise.

A room rented for 25 days is ridiculous imo. (Especially since the people I see with rents like that are usually already dead after renting forever)
