I've tried to use the spell a couple times in the last couple days. It doesn't seem to be working currently.

This still holds true; Today I tried to use it two times, the second in an OOC deliberate manner with another player to test it, and it did not work. The first attempt was in the hallway in the Velvet Mask Theatre, the second outside the Beginner's Tower on the Ziggurat. I play Armed el-Mahib, level 6 bard.

I wonder if it has accidentally been changed to only work with hostile targets or so?

-EDIT- To define "not working", when the spell is cast, the casting animation and the small projectile are both visible, but there is no indication on the ground of whether it has been placed or not (not sure if there should be?) and there is absolutely no effect when another player then passes over the area, in logs nor playing field.
