I am woeful in the toolset, and didn't want to make the DMs work so I'm outsourcing it.

I would suggest you ask people to email you an .erf of the items. That way you can prance about in a module wearing them and seeing how they look on your FABULOUS PC. Rather than recreating them using the numbers, you can just import the file and try them out.
