Wish we had some sort of ruling on that. I was told "Don't do that" when I unsummoned one repeatedly to avoid it dying. Would be better if you can call it off in case of AI stupid. Eh, may as well ask again.

Encouraged to avoid xp loss sounds stupid btw, it's just not discouraged to send your pet away when he's going to die. <_<

Totally no to this. Aside of the druid buffs the companions can get, you can feed them potions.

I've seen what a high level, druid-buffed badger can do. Shudder.

I know what you're are refering too (which was hilarious) and agree companions are already pretty well balanced and along with what druids are capable of doing compliments them well enough.

Ps. That badger even fd'd one of the pc's on its side ^.^
