Add a consume body option for Canibal perk

Would be an awesome bonus and add more intrigue to the perk. Perhaps get bonuses when a corpse is consumed?

Dont you supposedly eat them when you kill them? Might be a silly way to FD one and not leave any evidence. I KILLED THEM I INSTANTLY EAT THEM NO ONE WILL FIND THE BODY HUR HUR HUR

I doubt a single humanoid can consume a member of its race in a single day. That's an amazing amount of meat to eat!

I also could see this devolving into an easy perk to take so you have an easy way to prevent a PC from being raised after FD'ing them.
