There's two bugs with this summon.
1: It doesn't move unless you use /c recall. It's rooted to the spot and won't attack anything that isn't next to it. If this is intentional, it could use a ranged "spit" attack.

2: Summon Creature 2 with the Ooze reagent summons this, not a Medium Ochre Jelly.

1) The level 1 ooze is immobile. To use the level 1 ooze, you may summon it directly next to your target.

2) The ooze reagent used must have been Ichor. Ichor is a -1 reagent, and therefore all summoning involving ichor occurs as if cast from one spell level lower. Consequently both summon I and II summon the level 1 creature. There is no bug here.
