I have read the forums about taking areas and making bases but I have never seen anything like:

BROKEN INN: selling for 12000 gold, will not pay for repairs
or
ABANDONED CHURCH HOUSE: selling 20000 gold, in good state

I want to see more PC factions with their own bases other than guild houses. Or a business man buying broken buildings, making hangout places and getting all the money earned.
