Beggar Child Sendings

Do not seem to be working.

I've tried them twice with no effect:

1st.
In the ruins between the Docks and Dominion (where you can find the Observatory quest).

After making my sending, the child did not perform the "Runs off with the message" script.

2nd.
In the ruins between the Docks and the Gobsquat. This time the child did perform the "Runs off with the message" script, but no sending was made after 10 minutes.

Temporary fix for next reset until it's taken a deeper look at. Should work now.
