Be patient, and thankful for the work our DM team does.  This game is free, and none of us are owed anything.  If you are lucky enough to get some DM interaction, relish it and don't whine if you're left stripped of supplies.  Supplies can always be replaced, but DM interaction cannot.  Besides, it is usually well worth your while to be involved in a DM event.

Pup has pretty much got it.  No matter how annoyed or frustrated you get, remember, the DM crew is donating their time for this. They somehow continue to breathe life into a an old FREE game
