Put Magic Circle vs Law/Chaos into the new spells.2da

I don't think the spells.2da for the custom spells has it, but there was an altered file Nut made here:

It lets you cast Magic Circle vs Law/Chaos. Can we have those changes added to the new spells.2da that allows use of the custom spells.
