Oteri Emberose (SagelyHeReplied)

This character was created on Tuesday, December 21st, 2010 at 09:18:26 AM.
Since creation, this character has logged on and off 56 times.
The character has spent 3 days, 14 hours, 29 minutes, and 10 seconds online.

All good things come to an end. And when these things aren't very good to begin with, you can expect the end to be pretty darned fast.

Oteri Emberose started out as a "flash in the pan" character to help out a buddy by making him a partner Paladin. When the buddy lost interest I just... Kept on going, and ended up converting to the Three and One within two weeks of his creation.

I had some very good roleplay on Emberose, and he was a very good character to come back to EFU on.

Before I swamp you all with screenshots, I will have to thank the characters I've had the most rewarding, intense, lengthy or whatever interaction with. I bet the players behind those characters know who they are...

Teril Wilkinson-Smythe, Andrew Brown, Bruno Dinadan, Tristan de Vallaux, Elsipeth Summers, Emma Snow, Geoffrey Wallace, Gregor Farsun, Richard Bharr, Rennart aep'Cavallagg, Christopher Stoker, Iodemus Anatoli and Androcles Emberheart.

I'd also like to thank a few particular DM's who gave some of their time to make some of mine that greatness we're all familiar with.

Mort, Wern8, DangerousDan and IronOligarch that is.

Without further unnecessary ado, I give you the screenshots, beginning with those covering his conversion to the Three and One.

-------
Tristan de Vallaux and Emberose travel to the Lake of Steam...

------------

As for his interactions with other players... Well, he was very diplomatic.

----------

And also as is expected, very Knightly.

He spoke with a Militiaman of the troubles the Duchy was facing. This was when he was still a Siamorphan, after he'd made his proclamation of the Divine Mandate.

He challenged Oliver Strayward to a mortal duel. Of course what occured was something else entirely.

He rescued a Damsell in distress...

-------------

Renouncing your old faith can have dire roleplaying consequences of tears and stuff...

------------

And for those that still don't get it, I offer the screenshot labelled 'Explanation' for some reason.

--------------

I regret I didn't get more time to roleplay with all of you neat faction members! ... But at the same time, this death was really very acceptable, and I'm not upset. I'll see you all on my next character, if the gods of the dice favour us.

Sick PC sir, A great portrayal of a "fallen" Paladin.

A wonderful PC who died way too soon.

Porkolt

A most unfortunate death. Thanks for the awesome.

Divine Intervention

He will be missed, truly fun to play with.

The Beggar

Sad to see him gone, one well played paladin IMO, and one who my character viewed as a father figure.

I suppose she gets to grow up now.

Agreed. Still, that's how the story goes! Good times.

faqir

Sad that I missed out on his development with Tristan's death, but a great PC to watch from afar, none the less.

Canzah

Truly sad to see him go. Good luck on your next one buddy!
