A Suggestions suggestion

Hullo,

Since there's a whole lot of server content that shouldn't be discussed in public, but that might still be prone to improvement or alterations, how about a sub-forum to the Suggestions forum similar to the Bug Reports one, where only the poster and the DMs can see the threads?
