Pillar and Disk -No disks

Took the quest this morning, (9am pst, US).  No disks on any pillars. Door was unlocked, and chest had a purple crystal shard.  Quest closed normally when abandoned.

This happened to me once before.

I've had this happen twice, resolved it both times by leaving, talking to the lady and going back into the room.

But the fact that you can bypass the puzzle and get free items is most troubling!

The real problem is that you're kinda tempted to actually grab the reward and close the quest as if you had completed it >.>

Entering and exiting the area fixes this.
