Scrap the rafting system

This system now is not working the majority of the time.  It should be replaced with portals that just emote taking a raft.  The amount of times the raft system doesn't work now is just becoming frustrating and annoying.

is this about the tokens? or something else? the majority of the time it doesnt accept the tokens :(

It has nothing to do with tokens.  It's just an error message that prevents any dialogue with the rafter npc.
 
Putting some portals near the npc, one for each destination his dialogue is supposed to offer, might be an easy temporary fix.

I was curious if people can note in the bug forum thread for Rafting Issues when they receive the error message, kind of like we have been doing for intense bursts of lag.

I also was wondering what the effect of two groups/people trying to take the raft from different places at the same time has on the system.

Also if we note what point we are initiating the convos with the rafter, I think it would help as well. Could be that there is one bad spot that if people take messes the whole system up.

Generally you could take the raft from the sewers or the ship wreck beach with little trouble. Just wondering if the few other locations cause problems if the trip is initiated there.

I love his tribalistic screams...I don't want to see this scrapped.

Details are important when making bug reports. But I think it's fixed... I hope it's fixed.
