Solution to move in stealth in groups (Maybe)

Just an idea i had. What if all PCs, through a player tool had an ability that makes target creature get +20 spot/listen vs. You? Similar as how oath of wrath works.

press unstealth for like a second ok done

Can't work, because it would be +20 spot/listen flat.  Meaning everyone has a free C/C tool.
