What quests are broken by Animal Companions?

I have used the Animal Companion a fair bit on Utucha, usually working fairly well, but i hear some quests are still glitched. Anyone else notice glitchy ones? So far I've found the following are all fine to bring a Companion in to:
Gnolls, Snakes, Imps part 1 and 2, Oozes, Sewer Goblins Pt 1.
