Yeah, yeah... Not worth the time and/or effort etc., etc...
 
I suggest a new efusss skill of escape artist, it could either be...:
A) A nothing RP efuss skill used when PC's are tied, bound & gaged or locked in a cell, etc..
B) Maybe add +1/5 senergy to open lock and or tumble
 
Just a thought that hit me IG last night for some reason...

That's really covered by Tumble, Open Lock and Pick Pocket IMO, plus the Shackles Keys you can get. I'm not sure though if Shackles have a Open Lock check to bust though.

Not all "escaping" is about picking locks. Sometimes it's about dislocating body parts and being agile enough to squeez in or out. You ever see Halle Berry's cat woman pick a lock? Answer is no btw, she found other ways in and out. Did Houdini always have a hidden key under his tongue? Again no, he was part worm I think and could slip the bonds without having to pick the locks.
 
You may not be able to tumble through the bars of the cell or pick the lock, but you might just be agile enough to squeez through them.
 
Anyway... It was just a thought.

I do see the argument and agree there is a basis for it, but 1) am not convinced it will add much in the grand scheme of things (if you're making a performer, take Perform/Entertainment), and 2) fear it might be abused by less experienced players (or munchkins) to escape situations they could not otherwise.
