As stated, if you are interested in making a stargazer, simply PM a DM. We are more than willing to share information on the subrace so that your apps can make sense.

Still a great faction.  Resource gathering has helped raise the survivability rate. Playing a atargazer is a great way to explore the island. Also is one of the easier apps to get approved
