Gobsquat forum

The gobsquat should have its own forum. The stargazers have theirs for the same reason. They both are different from the ziggurat and should have a forum.

The forum would be for the app goblins and monstrous citizens, Hanged goblin employees, and people who are involved in gobsquat millitary/government.

The difference, however, is that the Stargazers are an application-based faction, and the Gobsquat is a freely accessible area.
 
More suitable would be to make one forum for the Hanged Goblin and one for the government and stuff.
 
 
A normal residential area doesn't need its own forum. The Docks don't have one!
