Things in the docks are becoming fairly active, but more characters are needed! Reasons to create a Docksmen?

  • The Docks have plenty of room to grow as a community, making it easy to make a name for yourself amongst your peers
  • Dichotomy between Docks and Dominion
  • wide range of great Docks-fitting concepts
  • Chance to be involved in a small, but organized movement to bring the Docks to a posistion of power

This isn't a call for Son's, or any particular Docks faction, but rather for Docks characters in general, particularly those who wish to see the Docks grow. From opportunist thugs, to anarchist intellectuals and everything in between, The Docks wants you!"

My paladin is already involved in helping those docks folk.

I had considered making a communist docksman, FOR THE PROLETARIAT, DOWN WITH THE RICH!

There's so much potential in the Docks, more than anywhere else in the server combined. Do it.

Lulzebub

All roads on Ymph lead to the docks, in every conceivable way.

Best info I've read on the dock's right here.
Should probably be stickied in new player info instead of ruins litter. ;)

Town hall meeting coming up in the Wastrel. Good chance to introduce a new Docks character to the gang (No pun intended). :p

The Docks are heating up, and a new faction is forming. The Laddermen protect the Docks from fire and other threats and are composed of experts, merchants, warriors, and tradesmen of all sorts who share a desire to see their home well protected and economically successful. Any concept fits the bill; all that matters is a sense of civic duty and the desire to take a part in the Docks community!

[Most needed roles, in order:]

Rogues, Tanks, and Clerics (because every firehouse/mercantile company needs spiritual guidance!)

I recommend docks-people. The more people involved, the more epic the occurances. When there are few people involved, things tend to get boring. Have some gang wars, have a bar fight. Plan elaborate joker-esque attacks on civilization. I believe in you. Do it.

I plan to make a docksman as soon as i get my internet back. Have been gone for almost a week :( if anyone have something interesting going oon and need another to join, feel free to pm me.

You want to beat up Sharks and Slavers? Now's a good time. Things are evolving into a bloody showdown in the coming weeks (see the DM rumour thread) and this is the time to make a name for yourself. Eternal glory for you and your gang. Want to be the next Franco? Now's the time to roll.

Disclaimer: If you use a Greatsword instead of a Quarterstaff you're even more awesome!
