Something I thought of while on IRC. Half the reason I don't get round much to chucking a few quid in the tin for the server is it's just that little bit more complicated than "Hey I should put some cash in".

You have to find the thread, log into Paypay, type in the email and send. Now, I admit that's really not *that* difficult, but it does require a little effort to ensure you are sending it to the right acc. If there was an easy "donate" button on the forums leading straight to a paypal page with $5, $10, $15 options, I expect more people would offer a few quid on a whim. An old Guild Wars site I used to go on a lot used that and a "We are this far towards the bills this month" progress bar to keep our Vent server funded.

Sure, it's a good idea.  Somebody can do this when they have the chance.
