Clay for the clay man

Another PC took the quest right before i did (Orasos Visitius), and closed it while i was still in the docks. My journal updated the quest closing. When i spoke to the clay man, i was able to close the quest, but was flagged for cheating. Also, i handed him two buckets, when my pc only found one. I'm guessing it added the bucket the other pc picked up.
