A more open ended Good DM faction

I've heard that the Stygians are going to be working on their PR, so that recommendation might be out-of-date. Just don't quote me on that. Especially since I really have no idea what's going on IG.

FFS stop being whimps and invent your own good aligned faction if ur all so concerned. Really asking for Dms to sprout a magical good aligned group with funding and power is lame. Be like Montezzzi or Ortred be a man and form ur own group of good aligned people.

Doc, you seem to have missed this the first time round, so I'll simplify it. DM factions, unlike PC factions, are a guaranteed presence for PCs and plots to coalesce around. They don't have to worry about keeping a critical mass of PCs in the faction or attracting a DM to advance their plots. They don't suffer as badly from a lack of suitable concepts for the faction, because even 1 or 2 active PCs can act as the player abassadors for the faction.

Besides, we have had the following factions "magically sprout" on Ymph with a battalion of NPCs and a warehouse of loot:
The Fleet,
The Armada,
The Order,
The Pallid Mask...
There's something of a precedent.

The tracendant conclave seems to follow a "Let's make a magical utopia of peace and love" reasoning, maybe that is the faction you want, Egon?
