Bedroll weight.

I just realized how heavy a Bedroll is. It weights 15 lbs in game.

I think this is a bit much for something that is supposed to be mostly for flavour (at least I think).

In D&D I think it weights something like 5lbs and might weight less if you are a small sized creature.

Just a small detail that might make a difference if you play a low str character.

There exist lightened bedrolls that are available from certain NPC merchants.

In the Underdark there were some that sold rolls as light as 5 lbs.  Sometimes they were very accessible, sometimes a little more searching was required.  Look around and see what you find on the island.

Bedrolls aren't for flavour.

Depending on your class, you need them (and a camp-fire[maybe{kinda}]) to rest in the wild.

There's at least a 10.5 lb bedroll I've seen so far in a reasonably accessible area.
And they are heavy because EfU pillows are made of rocks. Comfy comfy rocks! :D

Bedrolls and oil are a MUST for anyspell caster who wants to travel a bit, especially in unknown lands.

Heavy bedrolls are cool because they make weight an issue to deal with for (mages/sorcerors) folks who usually have low strength but carry no armor or weapons.

Else they'd be the pack horses all the time!
