Website Content Management System

Can anyone recommend a good website content management system? Basically, it runs a stylish webpage, and can be updated from various users with various permissions without need for knowledge of code. It is okay if this system costs money, as long as it is not outrageously expensive.

I think this only works if you have coldfusion running on your site, but I've always heard good things about Mura:

Blerg. I'm in the middle of doing a massive tender document for developers for my work's new website.

We've mostly been looking at open-source stuff... including Joomla!, Drupal, even Wordpress. Someone else has suggested Kentico if you prefer .NET to php

Unfortunately as we're still stuck with ye olde Contribute for our old website, I cannot accurately say how good any of these are, but Joomla! and Wordpress are ridiculously easy to use.

Joomla, Durpal, or Wordpress.  While you could go with one of the thousand random esoteric forks and branches from the standard CMS platforms because you think you absolutely need one of the features it proclaims, I'd bet all my money that these core three provide it anyway in some form or fashion.  I'd suggest just grabbing those first three, spending an hour or two installing and tinkering with each separately, and then deciding from there which one you like best.

All of those three products are going to offer just about the same functionality out of the box, and they all have incredible development communities that provide just about whatever enhancement or mod that might be useful.  They're all essentially the same mature product in the end; a CMS.
