Power Attack and Low Level Summons

I think it would be a good idea to take power attack as a feat from several low level summons (Air elementals, for example). The power attack makes them rather useless in combat because it lowers their ab so much that they cannot hit anything.

Or maybe a command to toggle the feat on and off for summons that have it.
