New player subrace question

Hello! New player with a question, so I'll cut straight to it.

I recently started playing EFU and made a strongheart halfling. I typed in the key as told by the main website (strongheart halfling.) When I logged on, I was told it was accepted and that I had the strongheart halfling skin. However, on my feat list it still says lucky instead of strong soul. Is there a way to fix this? Did I do something wrong?

Have you tried writing only Strongheart? What is the character's name?

I tried making a test character and just typing strongheart, and yes that worked.

What do I do about the character I'm currently playing? Just remake and start over?
