Harvesting Bug

I tried to harvest a phoenix pine cone. It gave me three dialogue options.

1. Rent a room.
2. Nevermind.
3. Tempus

This happens all the time. I just quit and try again and it's usually OK. I've seen options from all sorts of unrelated dialogues.
