Fedex Quests

Not sure if its intended or not, but it seems like you can only do the various fedex quests (oranges, et al) once. When coming back after a reset to do them again (and getting the journal update when finding the materials) I wasn't able to hand them in; the questgiver didn't have a convo option for it anymore.
