I want the Indiana Jones whirling blade penitent man style trap.

What do you mean it would be hard to set up?  The coolness factor would far outweigh the suspension of disbelief!

Could just be used as a preset trap in a dungeon, set to be impossible to retrieve.

Now... as for the effects for this....
